Supervision

Stichting Leenrecht is supervised by the Supervisory Commission for CMOs. This Supervisory Commission is responsible for supervising the collection and distribution of compensation by all seventeen collective management organizations in the Netherlands, such as Buma, Sena and Lira. The Supervisory Commission ensures that the collective management organizations keep orderly accounting records.
